If you need to make a back up of documents or text files then the best thing that you can do is print it out so you've got a hard copy. This hard copy can then be stored safely somewhere, along with a USB pen containing a copy of the file too.

Making sure you data is securely backed up is very important, as your PC could be damaged at any time so taking preventative measures is vital!
